Lisa Oberndorfer – Executive Director
Lisa Oberndorfer has more than 20 years of fundraising and organizational management experience. As a play chair for the Pleasure Guild of Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, she led a team of over 40 individuals to reach their goal of raising more than $225,000 for the pediatric oncology unit.
Kim Santucci – Director of Finance
Kim Santucci has spent over 20 years perfecting the art of volunteering. Her devotion to causes centered on children have benefited schools, churches and community education and outreach organizations in both Ohio and Indiana.
Kristen Harvey – Director of Fundraising
With more than 20 years of medical sales and management experience, Kristen brings her leadership skills as well as her ability to motivate others to the board at Will’s Way. From her time at Abbott to her experience at Tandem Diabetes Care working with endocrinologists, Kristen is passionate about getting the appropriate medical devices and medications into the hands of those suffering from type 1 diabetes.
Chelsea Price – Director of Family Relations
As a mother to a child with type 1 diabetes, Chelsea Price has a passion for helping other families deal with not only the financial burden, but also the emotional strain diabetes can bring to a family. She understands the daily struggles and adjustments that are made by everyone involved in the child’s diabetes care.
Nancy Baldwin – Director of Special Events
Nancy Baldwin has more than 17 years of teaching experience. A native to Plymouth, Ind., Nancy began her teaching career in Indianapolis after graduating from Butler University. She moved to Carmel, Ind. where she continues to focus on elementary education.

Amy Perlich – Board Member
Amy Perlich, wife, mother, average crossfitter and unit people planning specialist at Ikea Fishers. Community service has been a love of mine since the 8th grade when I received the Darrell and Judy Crossler Award for community service. Being a diabetes advocate has been a passion of mine since my daughter, Lucy, was diagnosed with T1D the day before her 7th birthday. I look forward to the adventures Diabetes Will’s Way will bring my way.
Tara Bogue – Board Member
Tara Bogue lives in Southeast Texas with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and two horses. Originally from Hendricks County, Indiana, she began her career in retirement and investment management, shifting over to the food industry when she started her position with Kellogg’s in 2019. After learning that her daughter, Maddie, was diagnosed with Type 1 in 2017, it became important to educate friends, family and co-workers about Type 1.
Will Oberndorfer – Board Member
Will Oberndorfer is the Will in Diabetes Will’s Way. Will was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in November of 2012. Quickly, he realized it was his platform to help others. His first fundraiser sold “Willstrong” t-shirts and raised over $10,000 for JDRF’s cure research. Will helped to ideate and co-found our organization and has been the face for public speaking and mentoring other diabetics.
Drew Thieme – Board Member
Drew Thieme is a graduate of Guerin Catholic High School and is currently studying accounting at Purdue University. Following his graduation from Purdue, he plans on pursuing a Masters in Accounting and a career in public accounting.
